We will arrange a short video conference or voice call as soon as possible to tour the factory and initially discuss your needs.

Through the last preliminary communication, you have your own personal ideas about the appearance, function, size, etc. of our existing products. We arrange for the designer to draw a preliminary plan.

The preliminary plan has been completed and sent to you by email. If you have any suggestions for revision or need us to discuss together, our team will participate and record them together.

After the revised plan is finalized, the sales team will follow up with you on the details and the contract has been signed.

After the contract is signed and we receive your advance payment, our factory will start scheduling production. During this process, we will share the production process and progress with you every week and keep in touch at any time.

After production is completed, we welcome customer inspect the goods by video or arrange your own QC quality inspection. At the same time, our own quality inspection team will supervise and ensure the quality of the finished product throughout the production process.

Remaining balance settled, we will arrange shipment according to your requirements, including connecting with the freight forwarder, preparing a full set of customs declaration documents, etc., until the goods arrive at the port smoothly.

We will closely monitor whether the ship arrives at your destination port on time and whether the goods are in normal condition, etc., until you receive the goods. During your use or installation, if you need our cooperation and assistance, we will do our best to support you.
